Layout, edges and seams before the price
A table with each area's size, edge profile and seam positions opens the quote. The homeowner approves where the seams go before they become a complaint.
For countertop fabricators and stone shops
ExtraflowDoc lets a fabricator quote a kitchen the way homeowners compare them: the layout with sizes, edges and seams, stone by the square foot, every cutout and edge on its own line, the same kitchen in other stones, and a deposit that reserves the slabs.

The ExtraflowDoc document editor
Built for the way stone is sold
Countertop buyers compare price per square foot first and seams second. A quote that shows both, and lists every cutout, does not get surprised on install day.
A table with each area's size, edge profile and seam positions opens the quote. The homeowner approves where the seams go before they become a complaint.
Price the stone per square foot with the color and thickness as fields, and the total follows the measurement. When the template changes the area, change one number.
Sink and cooktop cutouts, faucet holes, mitered waterfalls, backsplash by the linear foot: each is a line, so nothing appears on the final invoice that was not on the quote.
Price the same kitchen in two or three stones, with the price per square foot under each total. Homeowners decide faster when they see the difference in one place.
Add photos of the color the homeowner picked to the stone line, from your CRM catalog or the shared media library.
Add a payment schedule with the deposit, the install-day payment and the balance, and send the quote for signature. The deposit invoice comes from the same lines in one click.
Worked example
This is a real four-page ExtraflowDoc quote from a countertop fabricator in Nashville to homeowners choosing white quartz for an L-shaped kitchen and a new island with a waterfall end, for $8,054.00. Countertop buyers think in square feet and seams, so the quote opens with both.
A letter confirms the stone the client chose and that the final square footage is set at the template visit. A layout table gives each area its size, edge and seam positions, and the same kitchen is priced in granite, quartz and quartzite, with the price per square foot under each total.
The countertops come to $6,422.00: quartz at $78.00 a square foot for the perimeter and the island, and the mitered waterfall as its own line. Fabrication adds $907.00 for the sink and cooktop cutouts, faucet holes and backsplash; removal, the template visit and reconnecting the sink add $725.00.
A timeline runs from template to installed in about two weeks. Payments are a deposit that reserves the slabs, most of the balance on install day and the rest after the sink is reconnected. The terms cover cabinets, square footage and the warranty, and the fabricator has already signed.

Integrations
ExtraflowDoc installs into Pipedrive and monday.com, so the quote is built on the deal or item the showroom visit created, with the color chosen and the cabinet plan already there.

Open ExtraflowDoc from the deal. The homeowner and custom fields such as stone, color or square footage fill the quote, and stone products come from your Pipedrive catalog with their photos.

If jobs run on a monday.com board, build the quote from the item. Its columns fill the document, and the signed quote is stored back on the job for templating.

FAQ
Including what ExtraflowDoc does not do.
It is software that turns a cabinet plan or template into a quote a homeowner can sign: layout and seams, stone by the square foot, cutouts and edges, other stones, schedule and payments. ExtraflowDoc does this inside Pipedrive or monday.com, from the deal or item the enquiry created.
No. ExtraflowDoc does not import laser template files, lay pieces out on slabs or calculate yield. Use your templating and layout software, then put the square footage and a layout image into the quote.
No. It is not an inventory system. Stones and colors live in your CRM catalog with their prices, but which slabs are in the yard stays in your own system.
Yes. The stone line carries the square footage as its quantity; after the template visit, change the number and every total updates. Send the updated quote for signature from the same deal.
Yes, as a pricing options section with a total for each, or as separate quotation tables. Each option is fixed; the homeowner tells you which stone to cut.
Yes. Price the stone from slab cost plus a markup or margin, and labor the same way. Your team sees cost, profit and margin in the document details; internal columns stay off the homeowner's PDF.
Yes. Send the quote to the builder instead of the homeowner, or add both as signers. Purchase orders and invoices come from the same deal.
Yes. The free plan covers 5 documents a month with unlimited users. Paid plans start at USD $14.99/month for 20 documents, so a two-person shop can try it with real kitchens.
