Quantities the homeowner can trace
Squares from a roof plan with lettered facets, the waste factor stated on the shingle line, ridge and hip feet listed separately. Put the plan in the quote as an image, and every quantity can be checked against it.
For roofers and exterior contractors
ExtraflowDoc lets a roofer quote from the measurements: squares and linear feet traced to the roof plan, tear-off, decking and flashing on their own lines, shingle options side by side, and a homeowner signature from the driveway.
Free plan available. No credit card required. Or build a quote in your browser with nothing to install.

Built for the way roofs are sold
Homeowners get three roofing quotes and rarely understand any of them. The one they sign is usually the one that explains the number.
Squares from a roof plan with lettered facets, the waste factor stated on the shingle line, ridge and hip feet listed separately. Put the plan in the quote as an image, and every quantity can be checked against it.
Group the lines into tear-off and preparation, the roof system, and flashing and ventilation, each with its own subtotal. Insurance adjusters and homeowners both read a sectioned roof quote faster.
Shingles and underlayment by the square, drip edge and ridge cap by the foot, pipe boots by the piece, the dumpster per load. Every line keeps its own unit, so the total adds up the way the roof is built.
Price three sheets of decking as an allowance and say what each extra sheet costs. The homeowner knows the worst case before signing, and you are not arguing about rotten decking after tear-off.
Show standard architectural, impact-resistant and designer shingles as separate quotation tables, each with its own total, or as a short per-square comparison. The homeowner chooses with the prices in front of them.
Send the quote for e-signature from a phone at the house. Once the roof is on, the accepted quote becomes the invoice in one click, and a warranty certificate goes out from the same deal.
Worked example
This is a real six-page ExtraflowDoc estimate from a roofing contractor in Austin to homeowners whose roof was damaged by hail: a full tear-off and a Class 4 impact-resistant shingle roof, 27.1 squares, for $19,620.85. It is written to survive the two questions every roofing customer asks: how did you measure it, and what happens if you find something under the old roof.
A roof plan gives every facet a letter and an area, and the totals become the squares on the estimate. The shingle line adds a stated 10% waste factor, and the hip and ridge line says how many feet are ridge and how many are hips, so any quantity can be traced back to the plan.
Tear-off and preparation come to $2,918.80, including a dumpster and an allowance for three sheets of decking with the price of each extra sheet. The roof system, $14,912.05, prices shingles and underlayment by the square and starter strip, drip edge and ridge cap by the foot. Flashing and ventilation add $1,790.00. A scope block says what is and is not included.
Three shingles are priced per square side by side. Nothing is paid until the materials arrive, and the terms say the final bill follows actual quantities but will not exceed the estimate by more than 10% without written approval. On the last page the homeowner ticks the shingle they want and signs.

“Best ROI of any software we've purchased. Paid for itself in the first week.”
“Game changer for our construction business. Complex estimates that used to take hours now take 10 minutes.”
“Very intuitive. Our team was creating professional proposals on day one with zero training.”
Integrations
ExtraflowDoc installs into Pipedrive and monday.com, so the quote is built on the deal or item the inspection created, with the address, the photos and the claim details already there.

Open ExtraflowDoc from the deal. The homeowner, the address and custom fields such as squares, pitch or the insurance claim number fill the quote, and the signed PDF stays on the deal.

If jobs run on a monday.com board, build the quote from the item. Columns such as roof size and shingle color fill the document, and the quote is stored back on the job.
Pricing
Storm season brings extra salespeople and inspectors. ExtraflowDoc charges by documents per month per company, not per user, so adding them does not change the price.

FAQ
Including what ExtraflowDoc does not do.
It is software that turns a roof inspection into a quote the homeowner can accept: measured quantities, tear-off, materials, flashing and labor as separate lines, options, terms and a signature. ExtraflowDoc does this inside Pipedrive or monday.com, from the deal or item the inspection created.
No. ExtraflowDoc does not measure roofs. Bring the squares and lengths from your own measurement or an aerial report, and put the report's roof plan in the quote as an image. ExtraflowDoc prices, presents and gets the quote signed.
Yes. Each line has its own unit and quantity, so shingles in squares, drip edge in feet, pipe boots by the piece and the dumpster per load sit in the same table and roll into one total.
Yes. Add a quotation table for each shingle, each with its own total, and the homeowner compares them side by side. Each table is a fixed option; the homeowner tells you or ticks on the signature page which one they want.
No. ExtraflowDoc does not import or produce Xactimate estimates and does not deal with insurers. You can put the claim number and the adjuster's figures in the quote as fields or text, but the claim process stays with you.
Yes. Each line can be priced from a cost plus markup or a target margin, so shingles and labor carry different margins. The document details show cost, profit and margin to your team; internal columns never appear on the homeowner's copy.
Yes. Warranties are a section in the block library, and you can build a warranty certificate as its own document from the same deal, with the installed materials listed on it.
Yes. Convert the accepted quote into an invoice in one click, with every line carried over. Adjust any allowance lines to the actual quantities before you send it.
Yes. The free plan covers 5 documents a month with unlimited users. Paid plans start at USD $14.99/month for 20 documents, with every feature on every plan, so storm season adds documents, not seats.
