A schedule of every opening
Room, count, size and type for each window and door, in one table above the price. The homeowner checks nothing is missing, and the installer has a list to measure against.
For window and door companies
ExtraflowDoc lets a window company quote a house opening by opening: a schedule of every window and door by room, frames compared side by side, a price per unit with glass and ratings on the line, installation priced apart, and a signature before the final measure.
Free plan available. No credit card required. Or build a quote in your browser with nothing to install.

Built for the way windows are sold
Homeowners compare window quotes by the price per window, and they are rarely comparing the same window. The quote that wins makes its own windows easy to compare.
Room, count, size and type for each window and door, in one table above the price. The homeowner checks nothing is missing, and the installer has a list to measure against.
Show frame material, glass package and U-factor as fields under each window line, with a photo of the style. When the next quote is cheaper, the homeowner can see whether it is the same window.
Insert or full-frame installation, removal and haul-away, lead-safe work in older houses, exterior capping: their own section, their own subtotal. The window price stays comparable, and the work is visible.
Give each frame material its own quotation table and total, or a short comparison of colors, life and price. The homeowner chooses with both numbers in front of them.
Window and door models come from your Pipedrive or monday.com product catalog with their prices, photos and price tiers, so a fourteen-window house is quoted from lines you already priced.
Send the quote for e-signature at the kitchen table. After the final measure, the purchase order to the manufacturer and later the invoice come from the same lines.
Worked example
This is a real four-page ExtraflowDoc quote from a window and door company in Columbus, Ohio, to homeowners replacing all fourteen original wood windows in a 1938 house, for $14,675.00. Window quotes are compared opening by opening, so this one accounts for every opening before it shows a price.
A short letter explains the job: vinyl windows made to measure, set in the existing frames so the plaster and interior trim stay. A window schedule lists every room with its count, size and type, fourteen in all, and promises a final measure before anything is ordered. An eight-week timeline shows that most of the wait is at the factory.
The same fourteen windows are compared in vinyl and fiberglass, with colors, expected life and the installed total for each. The vinyl windows are then priced per unit, $9,855.00 in all, with frame, glass and U-factor as fields under the main line, a casement over the kitchen sink and tempered obscure glass in the bathrooms.
Installation, $3,140.00, separates insert installation per window, removal and haul-away, and lead-safe work practices for a house built before 1978. Aluminum capping over the outside trim adds $1,680.00. Three payments follow: a deposit only after the final measure, most of the balance on install day, and the rest after the walk-through.
The terms state the three-day right to cancel, the price of a rotted sill if one is found, and the restocking fee for changes after ordering. A warranty table separates the manufacturer's frame and glass cover from the installer's own, before a signature block.

“Best ROI of any software we've purchased. Paid for itself in the first week.”
“Very intuitive. Our team was creating professional proposals on day one with zero training.”
“Game changer for our construction business. Complex estimates that used to take hours now take 10 minutes.”
Integrations
ExtraflowDoc installs into Pipedrive and monday.com, so the quote is built on the deal or item the appointment created, with the address and the homeowner's details already there.

Open ExtraflowDoc from the deal. The homeowner, the address and custom fields such as number of openings or year built fill the quote, and window models come in from your Pipedrive product catalog with their photos.

If jobs run on a monday.com board, build the quote from the item. Its columns fill the document, and the signed quote is stored back on the job for the installer.

FAQ
Including what ExtraflowDoc does not do.
It is software that turns an in-home appointment into a quote the homeowner can sign: every opening, the products with their glass and ratings, installation, options and terms. ExtraflowDoc does this inside Pipedrive or monday.com, from the deal or item the appointment created.
No. ExtraflowDoc has no window configurator and no manufacturer price lists. Keep your models and prices as products in your CRM catalog, and choose the size, glass and options yourself; ExtraflowDoc prices and presents them.
Yes. Put the windows in one section and installation in another, each with its own subtotal. Each line keeps its own unit, so windows per unit, installation per window and lead-safe work per job sit in one quote.
Yes. Add a quotation table for each frame material, each with its own total, and the homeowner compares them side by side. Each table is a fixed option; the homeowner tells you which one to order.
Yes, as a document. Purchase orders are one of the document types, so the order for the windows can go out from the same deal with the same lines. ExtraflowDoc does not connect to manufacturer ordering systems.
Yes. Price each window model from its cost with a markup or a margin, and installation the same way. The document details show cost, profit and margin to your team only; internal columns stay off the homeowner's PDF.
No. ExtraflowDoc has no scheduling or crew calendar. The quote can include a timeline for the homeowner, but booking the measure and the install happens in your own tools.
Yes. Convert the accepted quote into an invoice in one click, with every line carried over, and add any sill repairs found on the day before sending it.
Yes. The free plan covers 5 documents a month with unlimited users. Paid plans start at USD $14.99/month for 20 documents, with every feature on every plan, so every in-home rep is covered by the same plan.
