The inventory behind the estimate
A room-by-room table of the main items, boxes and cubic feet explains the truck size and the hours. When the customer adds a garage full of things on moving day, the quote shows what was agreed.
For moving companies and freight carriers
ExtraflowDoc lets a mover quote a move the customer can trust: the inventory behind the truck and the hours, crew time apart from boxes and materials, what happens if the move runs long, and a signature that books the date.

Built for the way moves are priced
Moving complaints are almost always about the final bill. A quote that shows how the price was built, and where it stops, is the cheapest dispute you will ever avoid.
A room-by-room table of the main items, boxes and cubic feet explains the truck size and the hours. When the customer adds a garage full of things on moving day, the quote shows what was agreed.
Packers by the hour and boxes by type in one section, crew and truck by the hour in the next, protection and extras in a third. Each has its own subtotal, so the customer can see what packing themselves would save.
Crew time by the hour, travel as a flat charge, a piano as one item, boxes by the piece. Every line keeps its own unit, and the total adds up the way the move is actually billed.
Add a short table: what the customer pays if the move takes an hour less, as estimated, or longer, with the ceiling price. It is a saved section, so every hourly quote carries it.
Price "you pack", "kitchen only" and full packing as separate quotation tables, each with its own total. Customers who would have gone elsewhere on price often book the option that fits their budget.
The customer signs to book the date. After the move, the accepted quote becomes the invoice in one click; change the hours to the actual time and send it.
Worked example
This is a real eight-page ExtraflowDoc quote from a local moving company to a family moving a three-bedroom house nine miles across the Portland area, with a day of packing, a moving day with four movers and an upright piano, for $4,682.00. It is built to prevent the argument every hourly move risks: a final bill the family did not expect.
A room-by-room inventory from the video survey lists the main items, the box count and the cubic feet in each room. The family can see what the 26-foot truck and the nine hours are based on, and the quote asks them to say if anything changes.
A route map and a two-day schedule set expectations. Packing comes to $1,494.00, with packers by the hour and every box type priced separately; moving day to $2,348.00, with the crew and truck by the hour, travel as a flat charge and the piano as one item; protection and extras, including full value protection, to $840.00.
A three-row table shows the price at eight hours, at the nine estimated, and the not-to-exceed price that applies at ten hours or more, as long as the inventory and access are as described. It is the most important table in the quote, and most moving quotes leave it out.
Three packing options are priced side by side, from the family packing themselves to full packing. Payments, a checklist for the week before, common questions, terms on claims and cancellation, and an acceptance block that books the move finish it.

Integrations
ExtraflowDoc installs into Pipedrive and monday.com, so the quote is built on the deal or item the enquiry created, with both addresses, the move date and the survey notes already there.

Open ExtraflowDoc from the deal. The customer, both addresses and custom fields such as move date, home size or stairs fill the quote, and the signed PDF stays on the deal.

If moves run on a monday.com board, build the quote from the item. Its columns fill the document, and the booked quote is stored back on the move.
Pricing
Summer is when moving companies add estimators. ExtraflowDoc charges by documents per month per company, not per user, so the extra hands cost nothing more.

FAQ
Including what ExtraflowDoc does not do.
It is software that turns a survey into a quote the customer can book: the inventory, packing and moving labor, materials, protection, options and terms. ExtraflowDoc does this inside Pipedrive or monday.com, from the deal or item the enquiry created.
No. ExtraflowDoc has no inventory calculator or video survey tool. Bring the cubic feet, truck size and hours from your survey, and ExtraflowDoc puts them in the quote with the inventory table that explains them.
Yes. Each line has its own unit, so crew time by the hour, travel as a flat charge and a piano as one item sit in the same quote. For a flat-rate move, price the whole move as one line or as sections with fixed totals.
No. ExtraflowDoc has no dispatch board, crew calendar or truck scheduling. It writes and tracks the documents: the quote, the work order for the crew and the invoice.
Yes, as a document tool. Put lanes, weights, rates, fuel surcharges and accessorials on the quote, and send it for signature. It is not a TMS or rate engine: it does not look up rates, tender loads or track shipments.
Yes. Add a quotation table for each packing option, each with its own total, and the customer compares them side by side. Each table is a fixed option; the customer tells you which one to book.
Yes. Convert the accepted quote into an invoice in one click with every line carried over. Change the hours and boxes to what was actually used before you send it.
Yes. Set crew and truck lines from your cost with a markup or a margin. The document details show cost, profit and margin for the move to your team only; columns marked internal stay off the customer's copy.
Yes. The free plan covers 5 documents a month with unlimited users. Paid plans start at USD $14.99/month for 20 documents, billed per company.
