What changes, in plain words
A table of each area today and after the project (computers, email, network, backup) tells the owner what they are buying before the part numbers start.
For MSPs, IT consultants and resellers
ExtraflowDoc lets an IT provider quote a project a business owner can follow: what changes, hardware per device, licenses per user per month, project services, and monthly support plans kept out of the one-time total.
Free plan available. No credit card required. Or build a quote in your browser with nothing to install.

Built for hardware, licenses and services
Most IT buyers are not technical. They want to know what they are getting, what it costs once and what it costs every month, and the quote that makes that obvious wins.
A table of each area today and after the project (computers, email, network, backup) tells the owner what they are buying before the part numbers start.
Devices, subscriptions and labor each get their own section and subtotal. The buyer sees what is a purchase, what is a subscription and what is your time.
Quote Microsoft 365, security and backup by user-month, so adding a hire is one number to change, and the annual commitment is visible on the line.
Show help desk, managed and managed-plus plans as options with their monthly price, clearly marked as not part of the one-time total.
Enter distributor cost and set a markup or margin per line. Your team sees profit by device and license; the customer sees only the selling price.
The customer signs and picks a support plan in the signature block. A purchase order to your distributor and the invoice come from the same lines.
Worked example
This is a real four-page ExtraflowDoc quote from a managed IT provider in Portland, Oregon, to a twelve-person dental practice replacing Windows 10 desktops and an office server, for $32,384.00. The owner is not technical, so the quote starts with what changes for the practice and keeps one-time costs apart from monthly ones.
A letter explains why the change is needed now. A table compares each area today and after (computers, email and files, network, backup) and a four-week timeline shows the office staying open, with the move on a Saturday.
Hardware comes to $22,170.00: laptops with their warranty and operating system as fields, docks and monitors, a firewall and access points. Licenses for the first year, $4,464.00, are priced per user per month (Microsoft 365, endpoint protection and backup), so adding a hire is easy to cost.
Setup, migration, network installation and training are project services worth $5,750.00. Three monthly support plans follow side by side, clearly marked as not included in the total, so the one-time number stays honest.
The terms promise a business associate agreement before any work on patient data, and explain license commitments, hardware returns and payment. The provider has already signed; the practice signs and writes in the support plan it wants.

“The Pipedrive integration is seamless. All our client data auto-fills perfectly.”
“ExtraflowDoc saved us hours every week. We send professional cleaning quotes in minutes instead of hours.”
“Game changer for our construction business. Complex estimates that used to take hours now take 10 minutes.”
Integrations
ExtraflowDoc installs into Pipedrive and monday.com, so the quote is built on the deal or item the opportunity created, with the client, the user count and your assessment notes already there.

Open ExtraflowDoc from the deal. The client and custom fields such as user count, sites or current platform fill the quote, and hardware and licenses come from your Pipedrive catalog with their prices.

If projects run on a monday.com board, build the quote from the item. Its columns fill the document, and the signed quote is stored back on the project.
Pricing
Account managers, engineers and the vCIO all send quotes on one plan. ExtraflowDoc charges by documents per month per company, not per technician.

FAQ
Including what ExtraflowDoc does not do.
It is software that turns an assessment into a quote a business can sign: hardware, licenses, project services and support, with one-time and recurring costs clear. ExtraflowDoc does this inside Pipedrive or monday.com, from the deal or item the opportunity created.
No. ExtraflowDoc has no distributor price or stock feed. Keep your products and prices in your CRM catalog, update them when costs change, and add them to quotes in a click.
No. ExtraflowDoc does not run tickets, monitor devices, track time or manage contracts. It writes and tracks the quote, the service agreement, the purchase order and the invoice, alongside your PSA.
No. There is no recurring billing. You can quote support plans and write the service agreement, but monthly invoices are created in your PSA or accounting system.
Yes. Use user-months as the unit, as the example does: 12 users for 12 months is 144, and the totals follow when the user count changes.
Yes. Show them as a pricing options section with monthly prices, outside the quotation table, as the example on this page does.
Yes. Agreements are one of the document types, so the scope, service levels and terms go out for e-signature from the same deal.
Yes. The free plan covers 5 documents a month with unlimited users. Paid plans start at USD $14.99/month for 20 documents, billed per company rather than per engineer.
