Coverage by room, waste stated
List each room or area with its square footage, then state the waste factor and round up to whole cartons. The customer can follow every number from the floor to the order.
For flooring installers, stores and distributors
ExtraflowDoc lets a flooring business quote the way floors are bought: coverage by room, the waste factor stated, cartons or rolls instead of loose square feet, trim and transitions, volume discounts on the lines that earn them, and a signature before the order is placed.
Free plan available. No credit card required. Or build a quote in your browser with nothing to install.

Built for the way floors are sold
Flooring customers check quantities. If the square footage, the waste and the carton count do not add up on the page, the quote loses to one that does.
List each room or area with its square footage, then state the waste factor and round up to whole cartons. The customer can follow every number from the floor to the order.
Plank flooring by the carton with the coverage per carton on the line, underlayment by the roll, stair nose and quarter round by the piece, installation by the square foot.
Separate sections for flooring, trim and transitions, preparation and installation, each with a subtotal. A builder can see the material cost apart from the labor at a glance.
Set a volume discount rule once and it applies when an order crosses the threshold, on the lines it belongs to. Builders buying four units at once see what the volume earns them.
Oak against luxury vinyl, carpet against laminate: show the options side by side with photos from your catalog, or as separate quotation tables with their own totals.
Send the quote for signature, then send the purchase order to your supplier and the delivery note to site from the same lines.
Worked example
This is a real nine-page ExtraflowDoc estimate from a flooring distributor in Omaha to a builder finishing four townhouses: engineered white oak on the main levels and waterproof laminate in the basements, with underlayment, trim and four deliveries, for $44,292.30 including tax. A builder buys flooring by the carton and checks every quantity, so this estimate shows where each number comes from.
A summary sets out the four units, the two floors and the delivery plan. A floor plan and a coverage table give each area its square footage, and the waste factor is stated: 10% on the oak and 8% on the laminate, rounded up to whole cartons.
The oak and the laminate are compared on one page, followed by a look inside the oak plank. The hardwood section comes to $28,088.10 and the laminate to $9,013.57, both priced per carton with the carton size on the line; trim and transitions add $3,361.00. A volume discount of $2,698.33 sits on the lines it applies to and is repeated in a key-numbers strip.
Four deliveries are scheduled, with what arrives on each truck. An installation checklist and a table of moisture limits protect the warranty, returns are spelled out, and the terms and acceptance close the estimate.

Integrations
ExtraflowDoc installs into Pipedrive and monday.com, so the quote is built on the deal or item the measure created, with the address, the rooms and the customer's choices already there.

Open ExtraflowDoc from the deal. The customer and custom fields such as rooms, square footage or subfloor type fill the quote, and flooring products come in from your Pipedrive catalog with their photos and price tiers.

If jobs run on a monday.com board, build the quote from the item. Its columns fill the document, and the signed quote is stored back on the job for ordering.

FAQ
Including what ExtraflowDoc does not do.
It is software that turns a measure into a quote the customer can sign: coverage by area, the flooring by the carton or roll, trim, preparation and installation, options and terms. ExtraflowDoc does this inside Pipedrive or monday.com, from the deal or item the enquiry created.
No. ExtraflowDoc has no room-measuring tool, floor plan drawing or roll-cut planning for carpet. Bring the square footage from your measure, state the waste you use, and ExtraflowDoc prices and presents it.
Yes. Put the coverage per carton in the line name or a field and quote the carton count after waste, as the example does. The customer sees both the square footage and what will actually be delivered.
No. ExtraflowDoc is not an inventory system. Products come from your CRM catalog with their prices, but stock levels and warehouse locations stay in your own system.
Yes. Set price tiers per product and volume discount rules that apply once a quantity crosses a threshold. The discount appears on the line it belongs to.
Yes. Price each product from its cost with a markup or a margin, and mark the cost column internal. Your team sees cost, profit and margin in the document details; the customer sees the selling price only.
Yes. Purchase orders are one of the document types, so the order for the flooring goes out from the same deal with the same lines, and a delivery note follows when it ships.
Yes. The free plan covers 5 documents a month with unlimited users. Paid plans start at USD $14.99/month for 20 documents, so a one-van installer can start without paying.
