About this example
This example is the proposal a corporate training company in Sydney sends a freight and logistics company for a leadership program: 40 shift supervisors in four cohorts of ten, two workshop days each, coaching between sessions, and an evaluation three months later, priced in Australian dollars with GST.
Training buyers want to see that the program will change something they can measure, so this proposal starts with the client's problem in its own words: supervisors promoted for doing the job well, and high turnover in their teams. It then says what the program will do and how success will be measured, with targets. A program outline gives each module, what supervisors learn and what they practise on shift, and a short page explains how the training is delivered. A schedule built around the client's rosters is followed by the price for design, workshops, workbooks, coaching and evaluation, and terms on payment, rescheduling, venues, materials and confidentiality.
Who it is for
